The foundation of the Sisters of St. Brigid in Germany opens itsdoors in October of 2002 in the historic center of the "Schnoor"within walking distance of the Cathedral and the famous"Rathaus" medieval Hanseatic city.

The new facility is open to men of all faiths or denominations, in the spirit of fraternal welcome and contemplation, allowing thestudy of meaning in their life of faith and to resume new hopesof our time. The modern structure, sandwiched between the oldhouses built from 1400 and 1700, is offered in support of theCatholic Church in Bremen and in view of the ecumenical commitment of the great "exodus" of Northern Germany and in Northern Europe.

The house offers 20 beds for guests in double rooms, all of theamenities include an indoor chapel, green spaces, garages.

Treatment: full board, half board or bed and breakfast. The house is open all year round and is equipped for disabledguests.

How to get there: From the central station or from the international airport of Bremen, all public transport (bus, tram), bus stop "Domsheide"

Direction:From the North: Follow the I-95 south, exit 11 Darien/Rowayton, turn right into Post Road, right again at the third lights into Tokeneke Road. From the South: Follow the I-95 north, exit 12 Rowayton/Tokeneke Road, at the end of the hill turn right into Tokeneke Road.
